Social Media Manager/Content Creator Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Developing and implementing social media strategies for our clients.
  2. Writing engaging and informative content for various social media platforms.
  3. Designing visually appealing and on-brand graphics for our clients.
  4. Scheduling posts across multiple channels to maximize reach and engagement.
  5. Collaborating with the team to ensure the success of our client's social media campaigns.
  6. Staying current on industry trends and social media best practices.

*Note: This role does not involve community management.

Requirements

To succeed in the Social Media Manager/Content Creator role at Hola Colmena, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  1. Minimum 1-year experience in similar positions.
  2. Advanced knowledge of the functionality, management, and latest trends in social media and other digital platforms.
  3. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
  4. Advanced knowledge of advertising platforms (Meta, Google, Pinterest).
  5. Advanced knowledge of social media management tools and content creation.
  6. Advanced English proficiency.
  7. Excellent spelling and grammar skills.
  8. Proactive and creative, with strong teamwork skills.
  9. Ability to adapt to different writing tones and styles according to the brand and target audience.
  10. Research skills to analyze market and consumer trends, uncover insights, and craft messages that resonate with the target audience.
