Sales Associate Job Description


  1. Redefining the current sales process, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices.
  2. Sending out cold emails to potential clients, showcasing our services and value proposition.
  3. Working closely with prospects throughout the sales cycle, addressing their concerns, and customizing solutions to their needs.
  4. Closing sales, ensuring that contracts are correctly executed and revenue targets are met.
  5. Managing a smooth handoff process to the team, ensuring that client onboarding is seamless and expectations are communicated.


We are looking for a highly qualified candidate who meets the following requirements for the Sales Associate position:

  1. At least 3 years of experience in similar sales roles, preferably within the B2B realm.
  2. Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, enabling you to understand the specific needs of our clients and how our offerings align with them.
  3. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, as our clients mainly come from the United States.
  4. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build solid relationships with clients and handle objections effectively.
  5. Experience in prospecting and lead generation, as well as sending cold emails and following up with prospects.
  6. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a results-driven mindset and a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
  7. Proven track record in closing sales and meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
